Mirror Worlds · com.lmgsoftware.mirrorworlds
This is the fastest route, and it takes effect immediately.
You need a working internet connection. Your saved data is removed from our server before your account is closed, so if the app cannot reach the server it stops and asks you to try again rather than closing the account and leaving the data behind.
If you signed in a while ago the app may ask you to confirm it is you — by typing your password, or by signing in with Google again. That is a security check by our authentication provider, not an error.
Email mglepadat@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my account. We will confirm within 30 days, and in practice much sooner.
If you signed in with Google, send the message from the Google account you used. That address is the only thing that identifies your save to us, so a request from another address cannot be matched to it.
| Data | What happens |
|---|---|
| Your account itself, and the sign-in link to Google or your email address | Deleted permanently |
| Your stored profile — email address, display name, and sign-in method | Deleted permanently |
| Saved progress — levels solved, fewest steps, and stars | Deleted permanently |
| Progress stored on your own phone | Erased too when you delete in the app. If you email us instead, clear it with Settings → Apps → Mirror Worlds → Clear storage, or by uninstalling |
| Your energy meter and unlocked hints | Only ever stored on your phone; removed when you clear storage or uninstall |
| Backups held by our hosting provider, Google Firebase | Purged on their rolling schedule, within 90 days |
Deletion cannot be undone. If you play again afterwards you start from the first level as a new guest.
You do not need an account to play. Guest progress is stored on your device and backed up under an anonymous identifier, with no email address or name attached to it.
DELETE MY SAVED DATA in Settings erases a guest save exactly as it erases an account’s, on the device and in the cloud, and hands you a fresh guest identity.
Please use it before uninstalling if you want the backup gone: uninstalling removes the copy on your phone, but the anonymous identifier goes with it, so the backup is left behind with nothing able to reach it. If you have already uninstalled, email us with roughly when you last played and we will clear it.
Mirror Worlds does not ask for your name, phone number, contacts, photos, or location. The only personal data stored is what your sign-in provides: an email address, and a display name if your Google account has one.
The game shows ads through Google AdMob, which is a separate service with its own data handling. Deleting your Mirror Worlds account does not change your ad settings. Reset or delete your advertising ID, or turn off ad personalisation, from your phone's settings under Google → Ads.
